End of Season Break

The end of a very successful 2011 Long Course Season is fastly approaching.  YSST has 10 athletes going to Atlanta next week for YMCA Nationals, and 2 athletes representing NCS at Zones in Cary.  The last practice for ALL groups will be Thursday, July 28th.  There will be NO practice for ALL groups the first two weeks of August.  Practices will resume on Monday, August 15th on the normal Short Course schedule.

Senior (3:30-5:30 pm) Monday-Friday   **Saturday's, Mornings and Dryland TBA**

Gold (3:30-5:30 pm) Monday-Friday

Silver Plus (5:30-7:00 pm) Monday-Thursday

Silver (4:00-5:30 pm) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Bronze (5:30-6:30 pm) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
