2013 Upper SE Regional YMCA Long Course Champs

YSST has 64 athletes registered for the 2013 Upper Southeast Regional YMCA Long Course Championships here in Hickory this weekend (July 19-21).  THIS IS A YSST HOSTED EVENT.  There are 365 total swimmers for the weekend.  We are still in desperate need of timers for ALL sessions.  Click here to view the psych sheet for the meet.  Click here to view the YSST entries for the meet.  Please note that warmups for the 13 & over preliminary sessions will be at 8:00 am all three days and warmups for the 12 & under sessions will be at 12:00 Noon all three days.
