YSST had 13 athletes compete at the 2013 North Carolina Swimming 14 & Under Long Championships in Greensboro, NC on July 11-14. Angel Arredondo, Sophia Cherkez, Anna Durak, Lauren Ferner, Caitlin Hefner, Faith Hefner, Emmaline Peterson, Stephan Procopii, Maly Shores, Kayanna Taylor, Marissa Taylor, Maria Turcanu, and Nina Turcanu had a HUGE meet!! Anna Durak set a new team record this weekend in Charlotte for the 13-14 girls 100 Free. The old record was set by Sarah Bates in 1987. The team records have been updated. Congrats Anna!!!!
