Warmups for Saturday afternoon this weekend at the GYSSA meet in Salisbury have been moved up to 1:30 PM rather than 2:30 PM. All other warmup times are as stated in the meet info: Fri - 4:00 PM Sat AM - 9:00 AM Sat PM - 1:30 PM****** Sun AM - 7:00 AM Sun PM - 12:30 PM

Maria finished 6th in the mile (also a best time in the 200 IM). Emmaline had a huge finals swim in the 200 IM finishing 9th (also a best time in the 100 Free). Emma finished 11th in the mile. The 11-12 girls relay (Emmaline, Sophia, Anna, Maly) comes through once again for a scoring swim finishing 13th in the 200 Free Relay. Other best times today...
Congratulations to Emmaline Peterson and Maria Turcanu for setting new team records at the 2012 North Carolina Swimming 14 & Under Short Course Championships. Emmaline's time of 5:20.42 in the 11-12 girls 500 Freestyle broke the standard of 5:23 set by Coach Cathy back in 1984. Maria's time of 10:35.55 eclipsed the standard set by Eleanor Trefzger in 2000.
