Results from the 2008 Pier-2-pier Open Water swim have been posted on the Meet Schedule page. YSST had eight swimmers compete at the event. Congratulations to Collin Danner, Carlee Blanchat, Erin Lee, Janie Kennedy, Katherine Glenn, Danny Aberle, Graham Williams, and Sava Turcanu for a successful weekend. Top 15 finishers for YSST were Sava Turcanu (3rd-11/14 males), Graham Williams (9th-15/18 males), Katherine Glenn (11th-15/18 females), and Janie Kennedy (15th-11/14 females). YSST finished 5th in the team category.
Results from the 2008 Long Course YMCA Nationals have been posted on the Meet Schedule page. 150 YMCA's representing 22 states attended the meet. YSST finished 36th in the Combined team scores. Congratulations to Daniel Aberle, Katherine Glenn, Sava Turcanu, and Graham Williams for a successful meet. Earning YMCA "All-American" status were Sava Turcanu (200 Fly), Katherine Glenn (400 and 1500 Free), and Graham Williams (800 and 1500 Free). Sava and Graham also broke two team records each at the meet.
The YSST LC Team Records have been updated. 4 team records were broken this week at the 2008 YMCA Long Course National Championships. Graham Williams set new standards in the Open 800 and 1500 Free, and Sava Turcanu broke his own team records in the 13-14 100 and 200 Fly.

The YSST Long Course Team Records have been updated. 5 team records were broken this past weekend at the USRY LC Champs. Sophia Cherkez set new standards in the 8 & U girls 100 Free, 200 Free, and 200 IM. Emma Weisgerber broke her own record in the 10 & U 400 Free, and Sava Turcanu set a new record in the 13-14 100 Fly.
