Congratulations to Nathan Gibbs (Dryland Coach Lee Gibb's son) who will be playing football next year for Columbia University. Nathan is also the recepient of the Gary and Mary Hogue scholarship awarded at the YMCA of Catawba Valley's annual Teen Character Awards. Click here for the article. GSA/NSS/YSST Virtual Set 4 was 5 X 200 IMs on 5:00. On each swim, the score was the number of seconds over each swimmer's personal best time. Click here for the YSST results. Complete results will be posted soon.
The 2013 YSST Winter Invitational is February 9th and 10th. YSST has 50 athletes registered for the meet. Click here for the YSST entry list. Click here for the psych sheet. The athlete count split for YSST is 12 swimmers in the morning sessions and 38 in the afternoon sessions. With that in mind, 13 & over TEAM members are requested to sign up for timing jobs in the MORNING sessions.

Click here for complete results from Virtual Set 2 with GSA, NSS, and YSST. The set was 3 X 1650s. #1 was 50 fast/50 EZ, 25 fast/25 EZ, #2 was descend the 550s 1-3, and #3 was broken at the 200s for 5 seconds for time.
Virtual Set #3 for GSA/NSS/YSST was 8 X 100's on 8:00. Swimmers had to choose one stroke for the set. The goal was the fastest possible average and the lowest range. Click here for the YSST results. GSA and NSS results will be added in the next couple of days.
